Counseling

By acting as your guide Dr. Mary specializes in women’s issues, life stage changes, couples, and families. She works with a variety of mental health issues — anxiety, depression, adjustment, trauma, and chronic pain. She is solution-oriented and incorporates relaxation techniques, essential oils, healing touch, A-R-T, and music to help you grow, heal, and move along on your journey.

Dr. Mary has a Doctorate in Psychology from the Graduate Theological Foundation, a Masters in Theology, and a Pastoral Ministry Certificate from the College of St. Catherine in St. Paul, Minnesota. She has a Masters from Wisconsin-Stout. She is trained in ART, Accelerated Resolution Therapy. Dr. Mary is an Oblate at the St. Paul Monastery.
